  • After consumption of 2 cans of Energy Drinks for a week regularly the researchers found that systolic blood pressure increased by 10% in the individuals after 240 minutes of consumption.
  • After consuming 2 cans of Energy Drink, the diastolic blood pressure was observed to be up by 8% on the plus side.
  • The heart rate of these individuals spiked up to 11%, which roughly amounts up to 7 beats increasing per minute.

Along with this research, many recorded cases have not gone unnoticed which proved that Energy Drinks are not very healthy.

  • Four cases of death due to ill-controlled exposure to caffeine in the last two years.
